Pilot program — now selecting

Be one of the first construction companies running AIC.

We're standing up a small founding cohort of contractors to run the platform in live operations. You get the agents early, at founding terms, and a direct hand in what gets built. We get committed partners and real-world proving ground.

01 / Who it's for

A fit looks like this.

Company
General contractors and self-perform / specialty contractors who bid regularly.
Stage
Established and operating — chasing more work than current overhead can comfortably support.
Work
Public, federal, or commercial bidding where estimating and proposal volume is a bottleneck.
Mindset
Willing to put AI into real workflows and keep a human in the loop on every decision.
02 / What you get

Founding-cohort terms.

· The live preconstruction agent deployed against your real bid sources.

· Hands-on, white-glove onboarding directly from the team building it.

· Founding pricing, locked while you're a pilot.

· First access to each new agent as it ships, and real influence over the roadmap.

03 / What we ask

A real partnership.

· Use it on live work and tell us the truth about what helps and what doesn't.

· Access — under NDA — to the workflows the agents touch, so we can deploy them well.

· Patience with an early platform, and credit for shaping a good one.

04 / Questions

The things people ask first.

Is my data shared with other companies?

No. Your project data, estimates, and client information stay inside your engagement. Market-level bid outcomes inform an intelligence model in anonymized form only — never your raw data, never attributed.

Do I lose control of decisions?

No. Every consequential output is queued for a human to approve, edit, or reject before it acts. The agents do the work; your team owns the call.

What does it cost?

Pilots run on founding terms that we set with each company based on scope. The point of the cohort is a fair deal for early partners — reach out and we'll talk specifics.

What if an agent makes a mistake?

That's exactly why the human-in-the-loop layer exists, and why we run live with close support during the pilot. You catch issues at review, and we fix the underlying behavior fast.

How long until something's useful?

The preconstruction agent is live today, so a pilot starts producing reviewable bid work in the first deployment, not months out.
