One number. Every month.
No logins to buy, no meter running, no invoice you did not expect. You are priced on the size of your business — the same way your bonding company and the SBA already size you — and that is the number, whether it is a slow February or the busiest bid month you have ever had. Built for the contractors that enterprise construction software has never bothered to serve.
Your bill does not move.
Usage-based software asks a contractor to sign a contract with no number on the end of it. You carry enough uncapped exposure already — weather, escalation, a sub who folds mid-job. Your back office should not be one of them.
No meter. No seat count. Four estimates this month or forty — the invoice is identical.
Your band is set by annual revenue, revisited once a year in a conversation. Never as a line item you find afterwards.
Priced the way you are already sized.
General contractors and specialty contractors carry the same complexity at very different revenue. So the bands split — and the top of the range is the federal small-business line, not a number we invented.

Getting set up.
| One-time | |
|---|---|
| Onboarding — pilot membersDiagnostic, cost-code setup, tenant provisioning, data migration | $2,500 |
| Onboarding — standardThe same work, at full price | $7,000 |
| Onboarding — Start-up and RecoveryiRepaid out of what you collect | $0 up front |
Onboarding is real labour and does not get waived. For a start-up it is also the hardest cheque to write — so it comes out of what you collect instead.
Ready to start on Standard or Scale?
You do not need the pilot. Tell us which band you are in on the form and we will get you set up — talk to us.
Above the size standard, we are not your answer.
Past $45M as a GC or $19M as a specialty subcontractor you are no longer an SBA small business. You can staff a controller, a safety director, a preconstruction group — and you should.
What we will discuss is tailored agents built to live inside your own systems, on a fixed-price basis, with a service contract after delivery. Your data, your environment, your control. What we will not do is pretend to have the global enterprise systems a $500M builder needs, because we have not built them.
Or take one agent.
Six agents run on their own. Drop one into the workflow you already have, close the gap that is costing you, leave the rest alone.
If you have the platform, you already have these.
Every subscription band includes every module. À la carte is for contractors not ready for the whole platform — you are never charged twice.

Pick the ones you want and say so on the call. Pilot members take 30% off these too.
Flat monthly, everyone in the company, no logins to buy. Three or more and take the platform instead — it costs less than the stack and brings the other five modules with it. We will say so rather than let you buy past it.
The roster grows; the platform price does not. Safety is the newest, and more are coming. Platform subscribers get every new agent as it ships, at no extra charge.
The founding offer.
30% off list, held for three years.i
Pilot members take 30% off every price on this page — platform and agents — held for three years from go-live, through any increase in between. Onboarding drops from $7,000 to $2,500 on top. The pilot itself runs three months, then simply continues at your founding rate. Nothing auto-escalates.
Standard band, over the three years: $16,200 off the subscription plus $4,500 off onboarding — $20,700.
The founding rate is not for the Start-up and Recovery bands.
They already sit at $250 against a $1,500 list — deeper than the pilot discount, delivered as a band instead of a concession. Reach the Standard band and you become eligible to join the pilot if the cohort is still open.
Your name stays on it.i
Pilot members are listed as Members on the AIC site and across our social channels, in a standing display that links straight through to your own website. The first contractor in carries the Pathfinder designation. It costs nothing and runs as long as your account is in good standing. Being listed is your choice — stay unnamed if you prefer, at no cost to anything else you get.
Alongside it we publish what members actually say — including the criticism, with what we changed and the member's confirmation that we fixed it.
The rules, plainly.
- Your band. Set by annual revenue at signing and revisited once a year. Growing mid-year does not change this year's invoice.
- Start-up band. Your first two years, then the band your revenue puts you in.
- Recovery band. Runs alongside your plan. Flat for two years; from year three it adds 0.5% of collections, capped at the Standard rate. When the plan closes you move to the Standard rate in force at that time. We will ask for something that shows you qualify — neither band is a discount you can simply request.
- Deferred onboarding. Governed by your written agreement. The balance clears at 0.25% of collections until $2,500 is retired or two years pass. Cancel voluntarily inside those two years and the unpaid balance falls due. If the business closes, it is written off — we are not chasing a contractor who did not make it.
- Start-up and Recovery are by application. Each is set up under its own written agreement, scoped to your circumstances, and AIC may decline any application. If we do, the à-la-carte agents remain open to you at the same banded pricing.
- Testimonials. We ask every member on a concessionary rate — Pathfinder, Pilot, Start-up and Recovery — for a short written note at onboarding and again at 90 days. Either is optional. We choose what to publish, and nothing carrying your name, mark or company goes out without your written approval, in the exact form it will appear. We publish criticism too — what a member told us we got wrong, what we changed, and their confirmation that it was put right. Everything we publish will be factual.
- Member recognition runs while your account is in good standing — subscription current, nothing outstanding. You may stay incognito; nothing else changes if you do. It is a listing and a link, not an endorsement of your work, and either side can ask for it to come down at any time.
- Term. The pilot runs three months from go-live, then continues month to month at your founding rate. Nothing auto-escalates and nothing auto-upgrades your band.
- No lock-in. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. You are billed through the notice period and not beyond it.
- Losing the rate. The founding rate belongs to a continuous subscription and runs three years from go-live. Cancel and come back later and you return at list. A missed payment does not cost you the rate on its own — you have 15 days to clear it, and only an uncured default ends it.
- One number. The subscription is the whole recurring charge. No usage surcharge, no overage line, no automatic band bump.
- Onboarding is not refundable. It is work performed. If you leave, you leave with a configured, exported set of records.
- Your data. You own it. Your tenant is isolated. We process it to run your agents and nothing else, you can export it in standard formats at any time including on the way out, and we delete on request.
- Confidentiality runs both ways. Your bids, margins and client relationships stay yours. Our unreleased work stays ours.
- Human approval. Agents produce the work and hand it to a person for the decision. No autonomous money movement, no signing authority, nothing out over your name without someone on your side approving it.
- What we don't promise. Access and effort, not outcomes. Modules still in build are named as such and never sold as available.
Before you ask.
What you are buying into.
Our read: commercial and public construction is five to ten years from physical AI on the jobsite, with augmented crews rather than replaced ones. Residential stays a human business — people will keep hiring people to work in their homes. B2B and B2G will not stay the same.
Put the back office on rails now, while the stakes are a subscription rather than a re-tooling. AIC is built to carry you across that line, not to be what you leave behind at it.
Pick your way in.
Subscribe on Standard or Scale, apply for the founding cohort at 30% for three years, or take a single agent. Tell us where you are and we will tell you straight which band fits.
